Time and time again I receive email’s from people telling me that they need more motivation and everything seems to be a wait of daily productivity.

As you know, keeping yourself motivated in the pursuit towards your goals makes a big difference between those who actually achieve and those who don’t.

If you have ever quit half way through you know exactly what I’m talking about. Maybe you can share your frustrations with someone who was struggling who sent me this email a few days ago…

Nicholas, I have trouble getting myself to stay motivated. I want to lose some extra weight but every time I follow a diet and a workout resghime I fail to stick to it. A month ago I worked out for 3 weeks and I felt great but then I slowly left it and put on my weight again. How do I stay motivated?

I’m tired of losing my motivation every-time I want to achieve something, please advice,

To keep yourself motivated you must recognize, notice and praise yourself for every little accomplishment you make on the way to your goals.

So if you are trying to lose weight, expand your business or boost your confidence. Notice everything you do that brings you a little more closer towards your goals.

Whether if you lose half a pound, increase sales or if you feel just a little bit better about yourself. Praise yourself, celebrate and allow every seed of accomplishment to drive you closer towards your ultimate goals.

It isn’t that you should feel good ‘when’ you achieve your goals: you should feel better and better every step of the way. Success compounds on top of success.

All the best achievers become more excited and more motivated the more they direct their focus in the right directions. Their motivation increases the more they accomplish, not ‘when they accomplish.

It is impossible to be deterred when you know you are achieving something *no mater how small* every single day.

Keep track of every little accomplishment on the way towards your goals to achieve your goals. Let every little success justify to you that you are achieving a little bit every single day to re-affirm why you are in it to win in the first place.
