![]() Hello, Today let’s discuss how to release yourself from all negativity... This includes thoughts, responses, feelings and negative behaviours. Let’s now go through these one by one so you can practice the solutions to each of these problems to solve these issues once and for all... Negative Thoughts... Negative thoughts tend to overwhelm us and we can’t seem to stop them. These habitual thought processes usually run from habits that are learned by you over a particular period of time. Once you build a sense of choice that is initially pre-set before you have the negative thought, you realize that you can choose to think any thought you want. So you will tend to choose positive thoughts instead of negative thoughts. To have ‘Choice’ is the Solution to this problem. Think of this as if you were at an all you can eat restaurant... you are filled with choice to choose the meals you want and the meals you don’t want. This is exactly the same with your positive and negative thought choices. You have an abundance of choice! When you build in ‘choice’ you’ll find yourself choosing what you want to focus on more often opposed to what you didn’t want in the past. Negative Responses are the same With choice, rather than responding to situations negatively how you used to respond to them, you will gain the ability to choose HOW you wish to respond to situations whenever the opportunity presents itself to do so. For example: If somebody keeps annoying you and you respond negatively towards them, once you build in choice, you can have more options to respond to them in the ways that you want. It’s in that very moment before you respond that you can ‘choose’ to calm down and choose to respond in a positive way that will benefit yourself and the situations and/or the people involved. With choice you will be able to fully navigate your perspective about what is going on in the situation. The more you practice this pattern the more you will build a habit of ‘choice’ to respond however you want, in any moment in time and you’ll tend to choose something better more often. Negative Emotions Many of us find it very difficult to change negative emotions, they tend to run away with us and they tend to get worse. Emotions are made up of energy... they are not really negative by nature, it’s the labels and meanings we attach to our emotions that determine how we feel about them. Once you take away the labels and meaning to these emotions... you separate yourself from the commitment of holding onto the negative emotion. You free yourself from the emotion and utilize the raw vibration of the emotion itself. Take a moment to try this... Remember what it’s like to feel a negative emotion... Now take away the labels you have towards it. Take off the labels of ‘uncomfortable, negative'... take off the meaning of bad emotion and lift away all the labels or pre-suppositions you have about the emotion... free yourself from all negative attachments to that particular emotion... Does it feel better for you now...? This de-labelling of negative emotion allows you to experience the raw emotions itself, without the labels you used to put on it. And gives you an opportunity to change it into something more beneficial. Once you ‘lift’ the labels away... the emotion that used to be negative, becomes raw energy that you can feel differently about. You will feel uplifted from the pain of the emotions. Emotions are just energy, it's the meanings we attach to our emotions is what causes us to feel a certain way about them. Life the label and you will be able to change the emotion. Negative Behaviours Negative behaviours are habits we go into without conscious control or awareness. If you have ever found yourself acting inappropriately, behaving lazily or shy.. you must STOP what you are doing and give yourself the opportunity to do something else. This ability - to become aware of what you are doing, to STOP what you are doing and to give yourself the opportunity (with choice) to do something else, will allow you to change your directions in life. This formula will give you the opportunity to behave how you want to behave in the situations you desire. Think of this as when you drive a car and you take a wrong turn. You become aware that you are going the wrong way, you STOP the car, turn it around and go in another direction that allows you to create your success. You’ll start to build a positive habitual behaviour by following a new road map and by consistently enhancing the positive behaviours you desire - you will begin to learn new behavioural habits of success on a daily basis. Getting these four areas down will open up a mass of new choices and possibilities despite any negativity you experience in life. This includes relationships, self worth, activities, problem solving, general morale, confidence and literally everything you can think of. The biggest key to releasing yourself from ALL negativity is to gain more <b>options</b> within yourself to do so... When you have the choice to think, respond, feel and behave in the ways you want, you can literally create anything you want, because you’ll start to pick what actually works in your life, as opposed to what doesn't work. It's having the choice within itself that allows you to do so... You will learn to pick and choose what works from this moment onwards...And thus, you will free yourself from all negativity. Negativity isn’t a permanent condition or situation, it’s actually a ‘lack of awareness’ in your ability to manifest choice in all areas of your life is why you feel this way You have the choice to manifest anything you desire.
