"How To Build Life Confidence!"

There are generally three types of confidence:

- Performance confidence

- Self-confidence

- And Confidence in company


- Performance confidence is doing well at a particular activity or skill. This particular form of confidence usually comes from doing something over and over again so many times that it becomes easy.

Depending on our tenacity levels, difficult tasks can be very easy to learn, where as other tasks may require more effort.

For example: Learning to fix a bike could be easier than learning to do a back hand-spring. Performance confidence comes with continuous practice, the more you practice doing something the more you get good at doing it.


- Self-confidence represents what you believe you are capable of.

For example: If you feel confident about your skills and capability to learn and grow, you are more likely to quickly feel secure about yourself.

Self-confidence complements performance confidence very well. The more reasons and evidence you have for why you should feel more confident about your capabilities, the more confident you are likely to feel as you do things!

In a sense its a one-way street, both sides of the road are working together!

- Confidence in company is expressing your personalities full potential and feeling comfortable about it.

Its a calibration of self-confidence and performance confidence working together, it comes out in a flood of social confidence, which ultimately creates LIFE CONFIDENCE.

When you learn to feel more confident about your communication skills, you begin to feel at ease around others more gracefully.

Events and situations become more easier to control because you always rely on yourself to feel confident in situations whenever you want to.
